“I recently purchased a used 2020 Ford F150 from Montgomery Ford. Being from Michigan, I was looking for a used truck that had minimal exposure to road salt and the harsh winters we see in the Rust Belt. I was lucky enough to find such a truck through Montgomery Ford. Mark, my salesman, and his team did a great job providing me with pictures and videos of my truck to make sure I was comfortable making such a significant purchase over the internet. I was even put in touch with the dealership's service manager to explain what had been done to the truck and its current condition. I flew down to North Carolina early in the morning the day I was to pick up the truck and was promptly picked up by Tommy, a nice older gentleman, who drove me from the Charlotte airport to the dealership. My beautiful truck was waiting for me once I got to the dealership. Mark took me for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with everything and then I waited to finalize everything with the finance office. The general manager made sure to greet me and thank me for my business. I was on my way in a short amount of time and able to drive my truck back to Michigan. The entire team at Montgomery Ford was a pleasure to deal with and made the process as smooth as possible. If I'm ever in the market for a similar type of truck in the future, I'll definitely try to go through Montgomery Ford again.”

Had taken it to another Ford Dealership for 5 visits and considerable costs and could not find the issue for a freon leak. Montgomery service tech was able to find solution and fix on the first visit. After being without AC for some time, I was very happy. Montgomery has earned my service for the future.
