“Big Lots will always be special. It used to be TG&Y. Not to mention, I helped set up this store over 30 years ago when I was pregnant with my first.child. Even with the change, I found where what I was looking for would be, but of course, they didn't have it ,just my luck. At check out, the line was long, and the poor cashier moved slower than my 84 year old mother. That's the reason for the four star rating. Other than that, go to Big Lots and shop 'till you drop.”
“I love seeing what I can find here. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. It my go to place for linens, rugs, home improvement, and flower pots. I always try here first. We got an amazing deal on the light bulbs a couple of visits ago. They were less than 1/2 of other retailers. I like the black and decker line of home improvement items. And I always check th3nspa4y paint for my projects. Overall ive saved some serious money shopping here.”
“I love the way it is set up now. It's an adventure trying to learn where everything is again but worth it. I think the isles have a little more space, and check out is so much better. Some people don't like self check out, but I love it. I am not patient at all, so doing it myself with no wait is perfect. I also like the fact that the new system will let you know if an item is recalled. My Vienna's had been recalled, and the system would not allow me to even scan it alerted the store associate, who was also very nice and helpful. New Dollar General is a 5 for me.”
“Larger selection of items than they used to have but the staff is rude, pretentious, and will ignore you even as you're checking out and paying. Would go back for the items, but don't expect friendly service from the staff”
“I live in Ronda and I go to the Dollar General a lot. I'm usually in and out fairly quick. They do have really busy times that you may have to be in line for a bit. But overall the people are nice and have always answered any questions I have had. They have had times they were out of milk but lately they have everything I needed and wanted at a good price I have been to many many Dollar General in a lot of different areas and it definately is far, far from the worst and with a little work , could make it the best. But as before It is a great place to get what you need , close to home at a good price.”
“It's a decent store to get the stuff you need and they are extremely friendly and giving people however the fridges are empty frequently, the self checkouts have to be done manually by the workers, the workers arent at the register sometimes which I think is cuz they are understaffed, and the prices are bad but that's like any dollar store. Other than that tho it's a decent store.”
“The staff at this location is super friendly! They make you feel like they care that you are there, happy you shopped with them and are willing to help find what you need. Cannot say this for many dollar general stores and that's sad because they multiply like flies everywhere.... .”
“I was needing some boxes to help someone pack up and move out of a home. Needless to say, Michael and Samantha were so kind and was able to help. This store is now a regular stop for me and they are always pleasant and helpful whenever needed! Thank y'all for showing there are still kind people in this world ??❤️”

“After going to my closest Dollar General store, which was a fiasco because they closed 20 minutes early. I was able to obtain the propane tank I needed to heat my home for the night because this Dollar General was actually following their hours of operation. The cashiers were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dollar store over any other dollar store in the area.”
