I tried to pay on a loan over the phone with a Truist rep. They withdrew 145.00 from my checking but they lost it. They tried to tell me I never made the transaction even though I had proof of the transaction! Never make a phone payment with Truist!

My experience today was great! The woman who works the first drive thru window is always professional, kind and helpful. So, I 've changed my review...I do think you needs more tellers, but today was a 5 star day. Thank you!

Awful service they never answer phone calls nor return them !!! Workers are lazy and rude. Sorry I had to give them ome star they don’t deserve that!!! I suggest banking elsewhere. The tellers act like they are doing you a favor by being there

I went to deposit 2000.00 dollars into my sons account and was told I couldn’t deposit cash into his account that I would have to get a money order and they wouldn’t sale me a money order because I do not have an account with them. Jason Wilson and sandy Galliher were too f the rudest tellers I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this bank if you live in Iredell county and are looking for an amazing bank go to United Federal Credit union where you will be treated with respect and courtesy. So if you need to deposit cash you can put it in the atm but the bank want take it Jason Wilson told me it was a federal regulation that you cannot deposit cash into your account.

Truist Bank in downtown Statesville is Amazing. Mrs Mary Holbrook made opening this checking account a Simple and Very Pleasant experience. Mrs Paulette Johnson was Very Diligent and Professional in providing me with answers to my follow up questions in preceding days. Both of these ladies are extremely knowledgeable and Professional above all, Great at customer service, and I Trust My Money in their care.

Been with bbt for 30 years. Can't get any help here. 4 people waiting for 2 bankers one of which has been in her phone for 30 min. No customer service. BBT was never this way. It's a shame.

I have been a customer for many years. I have personal and business accounts. When the branch closed on Sullivan road, I had to go to the one on East Broad St. Every time I call to talk to someone, no one answers the phone. I am directed to a answering machine. Over the past 6 months, every time I call and leave a message, no one calls me back, not once. I'm done with this bank. I'll be moving all my accounts to blue harbor bank in the spring.

Worst bank design and layout I have encountered. Understaffed. Not enough atms. Replace 2 of the 4 lanes at the drive through with atms.

I opened my account December 7th with the intent of depositing payroll checks every week. I tried my first mobile deposit yesterday and now my check is on hold for 10 days. Why?? BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT IS NEW?!? So now my money is being held hostage because “the bank doesn’t know me” (words I was told from customer service). I have NEVER had an issue like this with any other bank and with Christmas so close I probably won’t have that money before then. Truist is A JOKE!!! I am beyond upset and will most likely be closing my account once I finally receive my money. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just a heads up if your account is new don’t bother putting mobile deposits in because they will hold it and nothing you can do about it!!! Merry Christmas Truist, I’m glad you’ll have money for the holidays!

Rude person behind the desk. Very scatter brained and made mistakes on my moms papers. Refused to give a medallion signature when we had the paper work. Leaving this bank and so is my mom.

I had to give them a star, that’s the only way they were getting one.Half the time, the ATM is down. The parking lot is consistently full, and the drive thru lines extend out through the main road. They typically have 1 or maybe 2 total chasers working inside, and the wait times are horrendous. The systems are always crashing, and our companies payroll is DEPENDENT on this bank.In two weeks, this won’t be my problem anymore. Thank god for that.

We have been banking with what is now truist for years. Opened up a second savings account to build credit with them and almost 30 days later no card, no refund and no answers! You have all our savings and won't even help us get it back or even have access to it. What kind of bank does this??? We have came in twice in person called twice and even made a phone appointment with a different location and no one will help us! This is wrong our own bank robbing us I don't know what to do or who to even to talk to?!?! What is really going on???
