Laura was so helpful and informative at every step of the way, I really appreciated her guidance through the process from dealing with insurance to getting my truck actually fixed. Repairs were quick, and they provide you an online tracker that lets you see the status of your vehicle! Laura kept me informed every step of the way, and communicated directly with Enterprise as well which was so convenient. Attention to detail was off the charts, you can’t tell she was repaired at all and the paint looks perfect. Y’all returned her to me cleaner than she was when I dropped her off haha!”
