“Absolutely fantastic experience. I was working on a 1966 corvette restomod and was in over my head. Couldn’t find anyone to help me. Thankfully the folks at Cliff Day took this problem on for me and got it done. Joe Johnson was fantastic. Worked with me ever step of the way and was always professional. Went down several times while the car was being worked on and Joe spent a lot of time with me making sure he understood what I did to identify and correct the issue. His work was neat and in the end the cars electrical came out perfect. They don’t typically do jobs like this but I am sure glad they took this project on!”

“Always a friendly staff and for the most part know what they are talking about. There are a few younger ones that sometimes mistalk or say they don't have something or carry it and they actually do. I'm not complaining as they are young and learning and will get better as they get more familiar with products.”

“My truck was unfortunately clipped from behind, needed a new bumper and a repair to my rear body panel. Laura was so helpful and informative at every step of the way, I really appreciated her guidance through the process from dealing with insurance to getting my truck actually fixed. Repairs were quick, and they provide you an online tracker that lets you see the status of your vehicle! Laura kept me informed every step of the way, and communicated directly with Enterprise as well which was so convenient. Attention to detail was off the charts, you can’t tell she was repaired at all and the paint looks perfect. Y’all returned her to me cleaner than she was when I dropped her off haha!”

These guys have Fantastic Customer Service. A+ The other guy was very helpful as well. But I didn't get the name. Take it from a long time manager. I know good when I see it. Thanks”

“This review is for the great service team. A friend and I were heading out on a road trip on Thursday. We ended up hitting a tire on the highway which caused part of the bumper to come loose. We randomly stopped in to Flow without an appointment, and the service manager took the car back to look at it. Within a quick 10 minutes the team had the part fixed and we were back on the road. Super friendly and awesome service.”

“Lucky to find Randy Marion Cadillac. A mechanical issue with my recent cadillac while enroute to Mooresville required a tow to the Randy Marion service department. Waiting for the diagnosis, I connected with salesman Nol Eagle. I had some specific criteria for a new vehicle and Nol presented several available options. Nol and I agreed on a trade and purchase. I requested to add an after market partial 3M front vinyl application and Nol directed me to a local affiliate they use. I returned home while the dealer prep and 3M application was to be completed. The 3M vendor notified Nol that a paint chip would be seen after coating. Nol immediately recalled the vehicle and sent it for correction. The vehicle was returned several days later but did not pass Nol's inspection and was sent back for further correction. The delay for paint repair and eventual 3M application lasted almost three weeks. This would have been a transportation issue if not for the assistance of Nol and Sales Manager Grady providing me with a loaner vehicle. Living 250 miles away, I am extremely grateful for the personal attention Nol and Grady provided during this remote process.”

“We ended up at Flow Hyundai after having an absolutely horrible and draining experience at another dealership. Flow Hyundai was our silver lining. I am so grateful we ended up here. The general manager Sean, sales manager Brittani, the sales consultant Mark, and the finance manager Gary all treated us like family. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with this fantastic team. They worked so hard, quickly, and efficiently to get us the vehicle we wanted. If you are in the market for a new car, this is where you want to start... you won't want to go anywhere else!”
