I never have to use the pharmacy unless there is an illness in the family, here lately the pharmacy either has the drive through closed which causes long and unnecessary wait times inside the store only to get to the long awaited destination to tell you they don’t have your prescription in stock or hasn’t been filled yet. I used to love coming here but thinking about switching to another pharmacy where wait times aren’t as exhausting.

Pharmacist with badly colored green hair refused to run our insurance, and overcharged us by $50. She was also profusely complaing about her job. Refund was managed after our insurance company had to call and personally speak with pharmaceutical manager. Even though this pharmacy is closer to our residence, we will make a point of not returning to this location. I recommend, if in Statesville area, to use Hwy 21 location. We certainly will after this incident.

The manager lacks compassion and is extremely rude. Her customer service is less than desirable. They should check into fraudulent gift cards being sold at the location. I'm not sure if anyone else has had the same issue but please be careful.

I chose the CVS on Wilkesboro Hwy because it is close to my home. I have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. First, I have been hung up on three times in less than 20 minutes. The automated system is one issue but then when I finally spoke to someone in the pharmacy, I was put on hold and when they returned to my call, I was disconnected again. Second, I have had issues with getting my grandson's prescriptions. CVS blames the state. The state says it's CVS. The reality is, CVS is the provider and needs to work with the state to ensure children are able to get their prescriptions without having to go through 1,000 changes. Lastly, I had a prescription for an antibiotic. CVS didn't have it in stock. I went to Walmart and while I really do not like going into Walmart (at all), the pharmacy staff and pharmacist were so very nice and pleasant! I am switching over after yesterday CVS fiasco!

So my kid had to wait till the next day for his antibiotics to even be filled but then they can't have a pharmacist or tech at work to even sell me the meds so now he has to wait another day for his meds!!!!!! I'm about sick of dealing with CVS. This isn't the only issue I've had with CVS this week for my sick kid.

Tried to check out at the kiosk. Several items were to light for the kiosk to recognize being placed in the bag. Manager had to assist 3 times before I was able to complete my transaction. Can any adjustments be made so this does not happen again?

If I have to wait here for 15 minutes after getting the covid vaccination, the bathrooms should be open. Why are they even closed?? Ridiculous. Also, no one cared to check in with me at the waiting area so I times myself.

Do you know about the CVS Carepass Reward Card? I recently enrolled and received $10 off my last purchase. I also received $6.00 off CVS items. Because the store already had items reduced buy one get one FREE I saved $59 on my visit.
