These is a prime example of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It has been a nightmare trying to get the 6 LG appliances we ordered. One appliance was back ordered so they held ALL the appliances. Mark, the evening manager was not eager to help. After numerous phone calls, we thought it was worked out. 5 appliances were to be available on 2/13/24. The other on 3/2/24. When I called today, I was told they were ALL for delivery on 3/2/24. We are moving to a new home on the 22nd of February. All I can say, rethink before buying appliances from there. They have a great sales pitch but that's about it!

We don't often come here, but we decided to stop by since we were out in Statesville and look around for Christmas ideas. The amount of stock was exceptional and so was the customer service.... The young kid by the Christmas Tree area was so attentive and polite and treated us like he knew us, we ended up buying a fresh 8 ft tree, and also a big standing tool box, the guys jumped on helping us get it, load it and we're super nice and friendly. Literally every employee we seen smiled and asked us if we needed help! We will now come to this location instead of others !!

I wish you guys would put one in Elkin NC and Elkin can push Lowe’s hardware out of here. You all know how to make someone feel welcome and your store is very organized and clean. I always love coming here, just wish I had this store closer to home.

Customer service was terrible. The only man in the appliance department ignored me for another man who walked up when tho I had been waiting to look at a refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then we he finally begrudgingly helps me he doesn't even listen to what I'm asking him just points me to a refrigerator NOTHING like the one I'm asking about. Then we could find no one in lumber to help us at all. We left and went to Lowes and bought myself a new washer and dryer and refrigerator. I guess home depot doesn't need my money.

I think I make it here 3 to 4 times a week. Always a pleasant staff. Very good value.

Just wanted to say I appreciate Lucas for cutting some wood for me even though his shift was over at 4pm. If I had known I honestly wouldn't have asked but he deserves a raise. I literally asked several people to help cut wood but everyone kept pointing to another person because they claimed to not know how.While Lucas was cutting, everyone I asked walked by to look and I just think they should have taken the opportunity to watch and learn. Lucas got several boards cut in just about 10 minutes or less.

***GO TO LOWES*****Customer service is rude and managers don't do there job and make excuses for there rude employees. Domt bother ordering anything online there is no quality control and apparently that's the customers fault... Corporate office is just as bad and wont address the issues ****?* Do yourself a favor and go to lowes ****

Just want to say thank you to Ray Riden in the kitchen and bath department. My husband and I have been in few times to get help with plans on a kitchen design. What an amazing personality and very knowledgeable.Thank you so much for all your help it is greatly appreciated. What a great employee. Also have to say everyone that we have ran into at the store was very accommodating. So hard to find great customer service. Have to say we have had great experience all the times we have been in. Thanks

Contractor area employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Pick up orders are uneventful which is wonderful. Restrooms are always clean

Would be a lot better if the customer service was better. Waited 15 minutes in front of the paint counter right up front. Then after I started to walk out someone finally asks if I needed help. Smh. They weren't even busy.

Great people and have most of what you need to get your job done! The 3 star score is based on Home Depot still hasn’t implemented the tap to pay and Apple Pay by phone system. Not sure why, bc their competition has adopted it, and tap to pay is my main way of paying.

I recently saw a position open for lot associate in the Statesville NC store. I did the online application. I then called the store manager to let him know that I was very interested in the position. He informed me that the stores don't have anything to do with hiring. He stated that I would receive an email from corporate if I am considered. The position I applied for is for lot associate. But I received an email offering me a part time position for overnight garden center 4 hours per day. I've been a long time customer of Home Depot and thought that they would be a great company to work for. Evidently I was wrong. And maybe it would be better for me to take my business elsewhere.
