6/15/24 This store is under new management and Whitney is amazing! I learned alot about my phone. I am not phone savvy, but she showed what to do and helped me tremendously. This is my store! I was in the store on 6/14/24.

Whitney! Going beyond the definition of a great customer service representative/consultant is the best way I can express how pleased I was with this interaction. Some skills can't be taught and she is a prime example. Knowledgeable, upbeat personality and overall a great human being. Thank you for going the extra mile to help a customer. We need more Whitney's in retail spaces.

The manger at Metro PCS in Statesville at the Crossroads is great at helping people out and making them feel like family.I give her a 10 she knows about the phones and how they work.

Whitney is hilarious and very helpful/knowledgeable. We had a great experience at this location. She called around to see if any of the phones were available anywhere else and helped us find something else my son liked when there wasn't another location with them. My son says 10 stars bc he gives her 5 as well! Her and her partner got us in and out in no time!

Yebo I've been paying in this store for 3 months and they always give me very bad service, they changed my line without me the first time, the second time they put a tablet activated on my account and this time they changed my line again

This location is under new management & thank the good Lord!! Whitney was so great !! Usually when I could to ask just a question I would get an attitude because I wasnt spending money that day. She was more than helpful and happy to help me. I'm more than happy to say I will be coming back.

Terrible service. I come in this store every month this month i didn’t see my regular girls there and the lady and gentleman was just telling their business. Store was dirty store smelled like weed and i most definitely took my service to boost mobile. Me and my family and friends are not coming back here!!
