Terrible service. I come in this store every month this month i didn’t see my regular girls there and the lady and gentleman was just telling their business. Store was dirty store smelled like weed and i most definitely took my service to boost mobile. Me and my family and friends are not coming back here!!

They a fraud, they are thieves. They will add insurance on your phone without asking. Bill came across my phone in text. I told lady in the store that it was illegal to add without asking. I told her I was calling customer service. She said if you do they will charge me. Just cancel after 30 days. I said no. I did call and got my money back. Thank you Metro, but your integrity is being stepped on by this store. They will also add a tablet since the payments are low you won't notice. I know a couple people it happen to. Do not go to this store. Join Metro just not in Statesville NC. Be safe everyone!! Do not let anyone scam you anywhere.

I would highly recommend you look at an itemized phone bill every single month. I was charged for a tablet for 8 months that I knew nothing about. I made the mistake of trusting this company and now I'm worried about staying with this company after talking to customer service only to be basically ignored with zero sense of compassion or even understood why this was so wrong. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else but I highly doubt it with customer service like this!! I've only ever been to 2 stores both being in this area and the way everything happened it had to be a employee of one of those 2 stores or employee from this company. Had access to my account to change my plan and activate tablet for 8 months.

Called the store yesterday because customer service on the phone wasn't any help and messed up my plans and insurance and was told that today was her birthday and she didn't need to be stressed out I should have went to her to begin and then she hung up this is the store on crossroads I've been going there for years and never been so rudely treated the employee's name is Yasmine if she didn't want to be stressed out at work she should have took the day off ?needless to say I won't be going there and to the point I'm ready to switch ***In response I sent an email and have not been responded to yet my name is Sabrina Harmon I am the account

Wouldn't even give them a one. They ripped me off when I signed up, then refused to give me the money back tried to give me a phone cover. Then stole my husband's iPhone when he went in for assistance. No one cares either. They flat out stole from us. Corporate deferred any assistance services. The GM told me to call the Sheriff's Dept. To report any employee that stole from me, but refused the names of the employees involved. I would use can's and a string before I gave this place any business EVER!!;(

Terrible service, had me pay for a phone and phone case that was $40 and then come to find out they didn't have it in stock and refused to do a refund and tried to give me a speaker instead so I don't have a case or my money and it's been over a week. Sasha the manager at this store is awful and was rude and hung up on me after I tried calling over the issue. I wanna know why I can't get a refund or a case if you can charge me you can give me my money back at least so I can take my business elsewhere. Tried calling customer service BTW and since they are an authorized seller they are the only ones who can give me a refund but refuse to do so. Go somewhere else and save your money on cases and go to enmars right next to GameStop at least he has the cases in stock and good ones at that.
