Before the review: I see most of the 1 star is for wait times - if you’re coming to any Spectrum store - MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I did this and waited 3 minutes in the store while there were at least 7 or 8 walk ins just waiting.
Stopped in to return equipment. Ms. Robin R. Was great to work with. Even though I was just returning a modem, she took the time to discuss cel plans and options along with all the benefits I could receive from switching carriers. Hadn’t thought about doing this until she brought it up. Seriously thinking about it now. Keep her around! Make sure you ask for Robin!”
