“Amazing service!! 10/10 Timothy came out to our house to service our gas logs and water heater. and did an outstanding job. Not only did he thoroughly clean them. He even cleaned our entire fireplace and mantle, stone hearth and surrounding areas. His service didn’t stop there, he was very knowledgeable and taught me and my wife a lot about propane and how it works. Held wonderful conversation and even brought our trashcan back from the end of the drive way before he left. The absolute best service man/Tech we have ever had at our home. I would highly recommend him for your install/service needs. As he is an absolute pleasure to have. And a true example of how a service tech should be.”

“This company went **ABOVE AND BEYOND ** to help me out. Due to my own ignorance, I got myself in a pickle. I could have lost almost 500 dollars to fill my propane tank. I explained everything to TAMMY *aka rockstar*. 5 minutes later, they solved all my problems and saved me all that money ..And now thanks to you guys, !! I got 99 problems but my propane supplier isn't one!!... YOU GUYS ROCK”

“I've been with Energy United for a few years now and am very happy. Customer service has been great with them, and they are always quick to address any issues. In the past year I've had a loose guy wire and a security light that went out. Both times they had a crew out in less than 2 days.”
