Timothy came out to our house to service our gas logs and water heater. and did an outstanding job. Not only did he thoroughly clean them. He even cleaned our entire fireplace and mantle, stone hearth and surrounding areas.
His service didn’t stop there, he was very knowledgeable and taught me and my wife a lot about propane and how it works. Held wonderful conversation and even brought our trashcan back from the end of the drive way before he left.
The absolute best service man/Tech we have ever had at our home.
I would highly recommend him for your install/service needs. As he is an absolute pleasure to have. And a true example of how a service tech should be.”
“Was looking for specific part for 3 days,,,went to Ferguson's...man working knew exactly what I needed...took 3 small parts to make exactly part i needed...had it made and handed it to me within a minute of me walking in store....I spoke with him and a lady behind counter....very knowledgeable and sweet people.....would go back,in a second, if I ever need anything again from them”

“It is an amazing place to shop at when the store is staffed correctly, even during rush hour if every department has its coverage they'll take care of you to the best of their abilities, on the other side if the store is lacking coverage you put yourself to waiting and difficulties to find help, I understand that it's not up to the store how many people is there but corporate should look into keeping their stores 100% staffed”
“Our most recent purchase from this store was a refrigerator. It's very nice and we've had no issues with payments, store employees, or the appliance. My only reason for the review is to warn others of the delivery people. We have a relatively easy set up for delivery using our sliding glass doors in our kitchen. They do have a track at the bottom of them that the actual doors themselves sit in. When they brought the fridge in the door they were a little rough with it. They pushed the fridge forward over the door tracks and it would have been so much easier if they would have put the blue rug under the fridge and backed it up backwards through the door instead. Much more gentle for the appliance and easier for the individuals doing delivery. Luckily no major issues happened. Just a warning to others using their delivery service.”
“I've been with Energy United for a few years now and am very happy. Customer service has been great with them, and they are always quick to address any issues. In the past year I've had a loose guy wire and a security light that went out. Both times they had a crew out in less than 2 days.”
