“I have been very pleased with my experience with Extra Space Storage. Mike has always been very professional and most helpful (I would certainly say that a lot of individuals working in customer service industries could learn a lot of good things from Mike). Any time that I have needed help he was so kind to help. He helped me to quickly upgrade to a larger unit and taught me how to use the storage lock, I struggled the first time I used my lock. Extra Space Storage is a really nice storage space, I am glad that I have a safe, clean, climate controlled place to store my belongings. THANKS Extra Space Storage!”

“Farm House Storage has been one of the most reasonably priced and friendliest storage facilities to work with. Michelle, who works in the office, has been extremely helpful during the time I have rented from their business. If I ever need a unit again I will definitely use Farm House Storage!”

“Sheila and Keisha were absolutely wonderful. I was walked through all of the details step by step and was informed of all processes, fees, and all concerns I had were laid to rest. It's in an easy to access location and the hours (both when staff are there and also for general access) are extremely convenient. The prices are great and there are many different options for size and temp/climate control. This process was so much easier than I thought it would be and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for all the help and I'm very happy with my decision to rent a unit here!”

“Statesville Downtown Mini Storage is one the finest Companies that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are patient and have never been anything other than supportive and understanding with a Disabled and Retired person on a Limited Income and with Physical Challenges. I highly recommend this Facility. As the former Director of a Customer Delivery Group at an IT Services Company I've found the Customer Service that Linda provides to be exemplary.”

“Great around-the-clock access controls (in & out). The only lighting is in the hall ceilings, but that seems typical with similar places. Live staff seldom on-site, but phone access is usually available. Reasonable & competitive rates.”

“I used 21 North Storage for quite a while after moving out of state. The owner made leasing the storage unit a breeze even when out of state. I did this site unseen and was so pleased of the secure facility and unkept lot. I had to make several visits alone after dark and felt extremely safe since you can only get in with a code and it’s not right on the main road. I would highly recommend this facility. He also has autopay set up that always debited on the correct day and I never had any issues on that front.”

“I have to say I've had many storage units at many different facilities and this place has good competitive pricing compared to most other places especially on a extra large unit, and coming in was fast and easy no waiting for anything and the staff has been very nice and considerate making sure everything is what we needed, over all so far one of the best storage facilities I've been a part of and happy I found this place”

“Reasonable monthly storage fees, probably the best I've seen in this area. The main downside is the gate is locked at 7 PM every day, but worth it because of the reasonable fees.”
