“Nicki was super helpful getting my car transported to Mathews so it could be repaired at my approved collision shop. She spent countless hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get aproval and finally made a decision to have her flatbed transport it. She went way above and beyond what was expected. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks Nickie!”
“Thank you very much Statesville collision center. The frist time it was two old people. The second time it was two F.en deer ?. The front door driver side and the back door. Both times they did a GREAT JOB. THANKS”
“Our Highlander encountered a hybrid problem in Durham.
Not long after leaving Durham for Asheville, the vehicle died just east of Statesville at about 3pm.
Upon reaching out to my insurance company USAA for roadside assistance, they informed me that the soonest they could get a tow vehicle there was the next morning, and they weren’t actually sure they could find a tow company to even do that. I performed an internet search for Statesville Tow Company, and J and J Towing was the first to come up.
I called J and J, and they immediately told me they could be there in 45 minutes to an hour. So much for USAA. My wife and I got into our other rental vehicle and continued our tip on to Asheville so we could make our friend’s birthday party on time.
Romeo was on the job immediately. After it became apparent that we mistakenly gave him an inaccurate description of the Highlander’s location, though, he proceeded to go out of his way and drive the interstate until he found it. He ended up not charging us extra for this.
He then towed our Highlander over the mountains to Northeast Tennessee where we live, and dropped our vehicle off at our house.
USAA informed us that a tow to our house would cost $1,500, of which $700 we would be responsible for. Romeo did the entire job much, much sooner for just over $600 total.
He had an outstanding attitude the entire time we interacted with him. Upon finding out that he would have to tow to Northeast Tennessee, instead of complaining about the extra work, he asked his family if they would like to ride with him for an impromptu visit to the Tennessee Tri-Cities.
Great attitudes make short work of tough jobs! We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a tow in his area. Thank you, Romeo!”
