This branch has had a complete turnaround! Staff is very friendly helpful and very welcoming. New manger and new bankers and tellers! Amazing!!

Slow. SO SLOW. They will have one person working the whole bank the day after a holiday. Bank elsewhere. Took 30 minutes to deposit a check due to the line of people and one staff member on hand while two sat in offices playing on the computer. This is what government bail outs get you.

Every time I call the bank I always get the automated system and have to leave a voicemail and then nobody ever calls me back which is very poor customer service. I have had nothing but trouble since opening my account here.
