“I would like to leave a review specifically for Mr. John Sadler. I Was out at the ATM and called into the branch to ask if something was wrong with the ATM as I couldn’t deposit cash and the drive-through is closed. Without question he walked out of the branch, took my identification, debit card, and cash, Went inside to deposit it for me, and was back with my receipt in under two minutes. I had a small child in my car with me and didn’t really want to get out and go in and Mr. John was very understanding and I appreciate him.
Bank of America definitely did the right thing making him the face of this branch.”

“I have been dealing with FCB for many years and have dealt with several branches. Many branches are typical of what you can expect from a mega-bank, but not this one. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received at this branch. The appointments are punctual, I have never had to wait when making an appointment. Paperwork is very often prepared ahead of time so I do not waste time, which is important to me. I often get in and out in minutes. I can not say enough about the excellent service from the manager Ramona Byrd. Not only has she always facilitated the transactions for my business, she has often recommended and implemented real solutions to some of the issues facing my accounts. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides.Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend.Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.”

“If I could do 10 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE Fidelity and highly recommend for personal and business. When I first transitioned over it was because Fidelity offered specific fraud prevention options my previous bank of 12yrs did not provide for my business. I had just had a baby and payroll was due and they needed a wet signature to initiate the wire. I was in the hospital with a 1 day old baby and could not leave. The manager drove to the hospital just to get my signature!! I have never had ror heard of that type of personalized service from a bank! All the staff for the last 4 years have always been very sweet, happy and helpful. I enjoy banking with Fidelity and know I am treated well and that feels good. Sometimes banking can be frustrating but they make it easy, always answer the phone, always call me back when they say they will.. Its the little things that make a big difference!”
