“I took my 18-month-old niece to get her ear re-pierced. Jill was gentle and patient her, and talked me through aftercare instructions beforehand. She listened to my concerns about the placing of her previous piercing and took her time finding a more even placement for my niece.
She was clear with her pricing, punctual, and overall a great piercer. I’ll definitely be going to Jill for any future piercings!”

I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”
“I can't say enough about how amazing of an experience it was to have our daughter's ears pierced at My Friend Kate. Kate and Katie made us feel so at peace for this big milestone! Not only did they make sure we were well informed of the process, but they care so much about their clients, that they only use top of the line jewelry! The process was so quick and well played out that our daughter barely shed a tear! We love that they have the ability to do both ears at the same time! For the quality and service that they provide, it is extremely affordable compared to other businesses! I tried on several, checked in at another retailer, and came back to purchase that first, perfect dress. The quality of these gowns compared to what I found elsewhere is superior, and the prices were amazing-I did get my gown on sale. I also love that they can tailor anything to fit or create a custom gown if needed, which makes each customer experience bespoke. Must visit for men looking for a unique piece of jewelry for someone and a must visit for women due to the jewelry and a surprisingly large clothes collection. Highly recommend.”
