“My 80 year old brother-in-law lost his wallet while in the hospital with 5 broken ribs. It apparently was in the linens on his hospital bed in Greenville NC and was subsequently transported to HandcraftServices. Kayla White found his wallet after it had gone through the wash at the High Point location. Using info from his drivers license, she exerted great effort in tracking down his phone number and left a message for him. After hearing her message on his home phone answering machine, I was able to contact Kayla to arrange the return of the wallet, which contained several credit cards and a sizeable amount of cash. Once again, Kayla went above and beyond in her efforts to make sure it was returned in a manner acceptable to me and to her company. My brother-in/law arrived back home today after 3 weeks of hospitalization & rehab - and his wallet, with the contents intact, was waiting for him, thanks to Kayla. All too often we hear stories these days about people scamming and taking advantage of elderly people. But Kayla is the type of person who renews our faith in others through her exhibition of honesty, integrity, high moral character, and compassion for others. She is to be commended for the excellent representation of her company’s business model and mission!”

Although there weren’t any available at this location, Jason called 2 other Dove locations to see if there was a scooter available. We found a 4-wheel scooter at the Madison location. Jason was efficient, easy to talk with, understood the issue I had and quickly found a solution. So appreciate of Jason and the Dove Medical Supply Summerfield location.”
