“I recently moved to Greensboro and will be living here until May. I found Favour Automotive Repair online. I called and spoke with Kufre the owner. I explained I needed a belt changed on a 2000 Ford 150. I gave him the Vin # and he returned the call within 15 min with an estimate. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the issue with the belt. He explained that original pulley needed replacement. We agreed on the price. He went to purchase the pulley returned and completed the job. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was honest and didn't try to gouge me like some of those other mobile guys. Call Kufre for your repair needs. I know I will definitely keep him in my phone contacts. Thank you for a job well done.”

On my most recent service they actually saved me from spending several hundred dollars that Precision Tune had told me I needed for brake repairs. Roy’s called and told me that my brakes would be fine for at least a while longer. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity which can often be missing when it comes to auto repairs. I’ll definitely be returning to Roy’s for any future repairs.”

I went to a Valvoline Corporate express location once where I experienced a long wait and significantly higher charges for the same service. “I have personally never had any issues here. Just communicate clearly and there's no issues. They always call me before they start work. They also tell me the amount upfront. They have never messed anything up.I'm sorry for those who have had bad experiences but I have not.I think it's smart to always communicate clearly with places and ask that they do that back. It sends out your expectations to them. If I was their only customer then I could be mad over small things but they do a lot of work. I feel like they work hard to do quality work for their customers. There's always 2 sides to understanding a situation.”
