“The company I work for used to use this Greensboro location for their fleet until a few things happened and the company decided to part ways with them BUT I personally really enjoyed the customer service and how timely they are when it comes to getting work done. So I decided to give them business on my own, outside of the company. Ask for a tire, get a tire (great price), come pick it up and pay for it. Looking at the receipt before I walk out the door I ask about the 'customer declined tire protection plan' comment, and why it says something about something that was never even offered to me. It's a great plan at a great cost...I just am weary of a company that withholds things and then makes you pay for their mistakes. I WILL use this location again, I DO think they try their best, but I ALSO think everyone (including them) should know about the mistake and maybe it'll help prevent things like this happening in the future.”

“I take my car to Mr Tire on Pembroke for oil changes and tire replacement. The employees (scheduler, manager, mechanics) are friendly and customer-focused. They provide helpful suggestions and options and let customer decide how to proceed. They also try to meet customer preferred timing for appointments and try to have car ready earlier than promised if possible. I’ve always had a positive experience there and highly recommend.”

On my most recent service they actually saved me from spending several hundred dollars that Precision Tune had told me I needed for brake repairs. Roy’s called and told me that my brakes would be fine for at least a while longer. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity which can often be missing when it comes to auto repairs. I’ll definitely be returning to Roy’s for any future repairs.”

“Resourceful & ThoroughI went in for a scheduled oil change and brake inspection on Saturday morning. The brake inspection turned up a serious problem that took some time to identify. I was stranded at the shop with an appointment to keep, Brad got me a Lyft to keep my appointment, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrates a willingness to go the extra mile for a customer.He went the extra mile in an effort to find the needed part. It took a couple of days, but he was able to track down a used (yet functional) part that restored my car to service. It cost quite a bit, but I was able to save some money thanks to the 10% discount on jobs over $100 made available through the shop's emails.I'm not sure how much longer I can afford to keep my old car on the road, but I know the staff at Mike's Tire will do all it can to keep it safely going.”

There was a nail on the side of the tire and the technician said they cannot fix it as it may blow out. Suggested me to take it where I got my earlier puncture plugged. They did not charge anything for this. I recommend this shop to anyone living in the area of Stokesdale, Oak Ridge or Kernersville.”

“I have personally never had any issues here. Just communicate clearly and there's no issues. They always call me before they start work. They also tell me the amount upfront. They have never messed anything up.I'm sorry for those who have had bad experiences but I have not.I think it's smart to always communicate clearly with places and ask that they do that back. It sends out your expectations to them. If I was their only customer then I could be mad over small things but they do a lot of work. I feel like they work hard to do quality work for their customers. There's always 2 sides to understanding a situation.”
