The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday. I called Original Triad Door on Monday and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. OTD sends a picture of the technician who is coming to your house, and also sends a way to track the exact time he will arrive. Everyone is very kind. Service is prompt. My problem was repaired. The repair person was honest, pleasant, and helpful. They are a bright spot in today's business environment.

Had my old door & mechanism replaced, Eric did a marvelous job! OTD was good to work with as a company and has a nice selection of doors. The OTD technicians were great! Personable, hardworking and dedicated to a perfect installation! Thankful to Eric for all he did to complete the job!
