Had my old door & mechanism replaced, Eric did a marvelous job! OTD was good to work with as a company and has a nice selection of doors. The OTD technicians were great! Personable, hardworking and dedicated to a perfect installation! Thankful to Eric for all he did to complete the job!

Wvence did a very good job trouble-shooting the problem with opening/closing of our garage door. He replaced the rollers, pulleys and cables and the operation is now smooth and quieter.

The spring broke at 10:00 AM, Eric had the springs replaced and the door serviced by 12 noon. Eric was personable, professional, and showed me how to do some maintenance between service calls. Overall, I am quite happy with Eric and Original Triad door.

Years ago, Original Triad Door came on a Saturday on a garage door emergency when no other companies would - and they didn’t overcharge or try to sell me parts I didn’t need. I kept their sticker and called this week for some preventative maintenance - again they didn’t overcharge or sell me parts I didn’t need!!! AMAZING!!! Companies like this are true diamonds. Highly recommend!! Coty is amazing - ask for him.
