Awesome bank! Set up an account for me after I was told some things that were wrong by another Truist and only took about 5 minutes. ATM is always up and running never broke down from what I’ve seen, and the customer service is wonderful and fast. Sweet people there as well.

We are new business customers with Truist and opened an account at Holden Beach. We also applied for a heloc. Leslie and Robin processed the loan, and one day after submitting it, an appraiser called us to have the house appraised. Now. That is service.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
