“If you are in Wilmington, Jacksonville or anywhere in between, Rick's is the right shop for you. I had a busted exhaust when I went in for an oil change at the dealership and was quoted $2400 for the repair. I recalled another experience at Rick's, getting my tie rods replaced, that was an overall great experience (as great as it could be while getting a car serviced) and decided to get a quote. I dropped my car off near the end of the day and was called the next day with a quote of $60 (note* this was a specialized quote for my specific problem) for a weld of the pipe and picked my car up by the end of that day. I wanted to wait a few months before posting this review, just to ensure the quality of the service, but I can assure you, it is top notch!”

“I wish I could leave a 4.5 star rating. I came in to purchase an RV they had posted online. The RV was exactly what they posted and for the price as advertised.Few things to note:- check tires before you drive out. Had to replace all the tires due to tire rot. Had a hard time driving it to the nearest tire shop. Basically drove on flats.- had to wait a long while for the registration/license plate to come in (delayed because of COVID issues and new rules).- text/call/email/Facebook messenger. They respond in all fronts, so communication was better than other places.”

“I’ve seen this shop multiple times on the way to drop off my daughter at SCMS. It doesn’t look like much. I had a tire that I thought they could plug, turns out it was too close to the sidewall. The guys there diagnosed the problem, went to back lot pulled out a used tire, mounted, balanced, and installed the tire in less than 30 min….all for $45. Simply awesome!”

So I got 4 new tires for my car that I requested to be quiet and long lasting. She found me the Continental CrossContact LX25's. I was very pleased with the price and quality. My one star removal was because they had my window down and now my entire interior (black) is now covered in pollen.”
