“Came to this location for a Uhaul pickup and corporate Uhaul messed up our reservation. Spoke with Shannon at the front desk, and this man went wayyyy out of his way to get our reservation corrected and as a one way rental as we needed, came and helped us move some stuff out of our storage unit, and then came back and offered us water. This man gets 10 stars! Thanks, Shannon! Keep killing it man!”

“Justice and Scott, moving experts and actual saints, moved us over 200mi yesterday during which one of our cars broke down, it was raining, and when we got to the new place some paperwork was missing and they had to wait on me for a whole hour to start unloading. The entire time they were so professional, understanding, and kind. They even unloaded all our stuff in an organized way that’s easy to unpack, even after all the hurdles and hardships. Hardest workers with even better attitudes, 1,000/10 would recommend!”

“From my initial phone call to moving out my experience has been wonderful. Every interaction was professional and they worked through a minor billing issue very quickly. The front office staff was super helpful with figuring out the most suitable option for my needs. The facility is by far one of the nicest and cleanest storage facilities I have used. The units are clean, the automatic doors make moving in and out easier, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Hilltop Storage whether you are looking for something short term or long term. Their prices are competitive and the location is ideal if you travel up and down 17 regularly.”

“I loved that they locked in the yearly rate. Not all storage units in the area do that. Clean, and super easy to book. Great experience with the main office. Thank you.”
