“David and Jeffrey helped me to find the perfect alternative to the IMG Recliners ordered from another store that took 22 weeks to delivery, when delivered Norway had put the right upholstery on the wrong IMG recliner! Enza Home had a wonderful alternative in the Palliser Q30 power recliner. We ordered 2 of these recliners and the Palliser Ensemble Roll Arm couch. We couldn't be more pleased. “Somebody wrote a great review for this place and I had to check it out. It was the perfect lunch spot. Although the muffuletta sandwich was not on the traditional bread (soft ciabatta or focaccia) I'm used to, it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The bread was toasted just enough that the oil & vinegar did not make it get all soggy. That, a bottled water, chips and a freshly made cinnamon roll (it was still warm!) the size of a softball was just under $20. That's rare these days. I ate on their front porch on a perfectly sunny day. Can't ask for much more than that.”

He showed me a variety of options and even pointed out the plusses and minuses of the various choices. I took pictures and went home to make a decision which was easy to do because I had all the info. I was never pressured and felt comfortable about my choice. I also bought a chair because the financing is great....better than anything I have encountered at any other store. I would highly recommend Lance as a salesperson for his patience and expertise.”

“My wife and I bought our small cottage home in 2018 and waited 5 long years before we were done raising kids to finally move in and make it our own. The quality of the furniture was just what we were looking for, furniture that would last for years to come. Chris took time to help us chose color combinations and fabrics for our living room suit and when we changed our minds on the rug color we had chosen, he did everything in his power to make the exchange happen smoothly and painlessly. “If you know exactly what you want. This is a fantastic place to buy your furniture. With free delivery I saved at least $700 over the next cheapest place I could find my flex steel sofa at. With that free delivery, you have to be patient because it takes a while for the sofa to make it to your regional delivery partner but the savings was worth the wait. It took us 13 weeks to receive our sofa. I'm guessing if I had bought it at a local showroom we would've had it in 10. The owner was always friendly and responsive. And I got exactly what I ordered. I had a few follow-up questions to confirm myself cushions and material and he did his research and got back to me, timely for all of them. Only collect 30% upfront the rest is due COD typically. Although I had a really good experience, I give four stars because of the long delivery time and because if I didn't know exactly what I wanted it would've been hard to shop this online store.”

“What a gem. Tucked away off of Sweeten Creek Rd. This is Asheville’s best kept secret. Staff are always stellar, never hovering, but attentive when I have a question or need advice. I’ve consigned some furniture here, with no issues, but I mostly shop here because inventory is always changing. You find such unique items here, unlike big box furniture stores that sell generic furniture with no character. I’ve recommended this store to many friends and they are all now frequent flyers. It also feels great to support a local business and know your money is helping the local economy. My one gripe is that Google only allows me to give them 5 stars. They deserve more stars!”

“We came in on on Saturday looking fotr a chaise/sofa and received excellent customer service. Found what we wanted, got to sit on a sample they had. Ordered and was delivered in just a few weeks. After a while, we noticed that the chaise was coming disconnected from the sofa. Tried everything. Called Tyson's, they ordered a new kit from Basset and are coming next week to fix it! The really expansive inventory helps in actually seeing and trying what you want!”
