“If you know exactly what you want. This is a fantastic place to buy your furniture. With free delivery I saved at least $700 over the next cheapest place I could find my flex steel sofa at. With that free delivery, you have to be patient because it takes a while for the sofa to make it to your regional delivery partner but the savings was worth the wait. It took us 13 weeks to receive our sofa. I'm guessing if I had bought it at a local showroom we would've had it in 10. The owner was always friendly and responsive. And I got exactly what I ordered. I had a few follow-up questions to confirm myself cushions and material and he did his research and got back to me, timely for all of them. Only collect 30% upfront the rest is due COD typically. Although I had a really good experience, I give four stars because of the long delivery time and because if I didn't know exactly what I wanted it would've been hard to shop this online store.”

“We came in on on Saturday looking fotr a chaise/sofa and received excellent customer service. Found what we wanted, got to sit on a sample they had. Ordered and was delivered in just a few weeks. After a while, we noticed that the chaise was coming disconnected from the sofa. Tried everything. Called Tyson's, they ordered a new kit from Basset and are coming next week to fix it! The really expansive inventory helps in actually seeing and trying what you want!”
