“My visit to Madden Ace Hardware was un planned. I was on my way to Home Depot and stopped ar McDonald's for breakfast at River Ridge. While in the parking lot I saw Ace and thought why drive to another place and by paint. Nice clean store, the staff were helpful and nice. They had Benjamin Moore paint and it worked great as you'd expect. It's a handy to get to place, give it a look over.”

The men's room was kind of funky; peeling paint, dirty floor and an empty paper towel dispenser. It could use some work. However, personal needs such as this is not why one goes to Lowes. “I was there on 11/28/23. There was a line at check out, as we were all waiting a customer started preaching about God and freedom. He was being extremely loud and disrespectful, the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. It's a shame grown adults act like children in public but the team at harbor freight handled it with ease. On top of that i had just come from home depot and the level of customer service I received here blew them away. Great store and a great team!”
