“I was there on 11/28/23. There was a line at check out, as we were all waiting a customer started preaching about God and freedom. He was being extremely loud and disrespectful, the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. It's a shame grown adults act like children in public but the team at harbor freight handled it with ease. On top of that i had just come from home depot and the level of customer service I received here blew them away. Great store and a great team!”

“Went in here the other day to get a part for a friend. She called ahead and they set it aside for her. It was ready whenever I got there in two hours.The front desk greets you right as you walk in. I found the staff to be incredibly kind and helpful. They actually had a surprising amount of cat food which was pretty mind blowing. I think they have a lot of pet stuff actually. Some of it was on sale, but in general it's normal And or expensive prices. Very clean store. A little hard to get into but good parking.”
“My visit to Madden Ace Hardware was un planned. I was on my way to Home Depot and stopped ar McDonald's for breakfast at River Ridge. While in the parking lot I saw Ace and thought why drive to another place and by paint. Nice clean store, the staff were helpful and nice. They had Benjamin Moore paint and it worked great as you'd expect. It's a handy to get to place, give it a look over.”

I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”
“Fast in and out, inventory starting to show signs of supply issues. Small items not being sorted very well (bins all mixed up, hard to find most items) Employees are scarce. Weeks since last review, not much changed, more employees, but inexperienced. Things seem to be better stocked, and the employees more knowledgeable. Still having inventory issues, spoke to a manager and the stock is in the store but the night crew isn't doing their job. Update...still having staff issues, more staff, but if you have any type of technical questions about a project, unfortunately you'll probably know more than an employee...lol. But I guess that's the way it is now, with fast food joints paying 15/18 $ per hour to assemble a burger, doesn't leave much qualified help in the labor market. Sad state of affairs. February 9, inventory is in better shape, still having a staff problem.”

“Clean store and a fair amount of folks to help with questions. On this occasion I to take a bathroom break. The men's room was kind of funky; peeling paint, dirty floor and an empty paper towel dispenser. It could use some work. However, personal needs such as this is not why one goes to Lowes. This is a good store.”
