Jeremy made certain that I would have everything I needed to complete the job and was very friendly and fun to talk to. My company, Bounty & Soul, is a non profit that provides fresh food to people experiencing food insecurity in our community. When Jeremy heard this, he went to extra mile to ensure that our company received some donated product. Amazing - and I didn't even have to ask. I also know that this company and their employees really supported the community after Hurricane Helene. Please support their business and you'll be very glad you did. “Clean, Employees Helpful. If they have it they'll direct you Or Get it for you. When I went it was Day before Ice Storm, There were a Lot of People. Nobody Was Rushing around Except Shoppers. There was a Very Large line of people waiting for a Delivery Truck I was in the line (Wrong Line) Everyone was Talking and Socializing. I Realized I was in the Wrong Line, However it wasn't an Imposition Because Everyone was So Pleasant, Then when I discovered it, We All got a Good Chuckle!!! It Was Okay. Because I wasn't Being Laughed At, I was Being Laughed With!!! Big Different then it Could Be.”

He was very understanding and came up to the service desk when the supervisor called him up to help when he wasn't going to help us.”

“I went in to find an LED light bulb and we (me and the store manager) couldn't find it anywhere, so I just decided to get a different kind which was sitting above a price tag of $13. I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”

“5 stars! I don’t usually read 5 star or 1 star reviews because they tend to be lazily written or they are valid but from a one time experience. Today I was looking for something very specific and a manager that has a desk that’s right about the center and rear of the building took longer than an hour, if not more, to help me compare different models and designs with both hands a on comparisons as well as looking up reviews. There was another guy helping me and I couldn’t figure out who the manager was until I looked around with them and asked. I was also on a very critical timeframe and I could tell they understood and really empathized. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any of the Lowe’s stores I’ve been to and believe I have been in many and frequently. The manager I speak of has helped me before with something else very specific and was awesome then as well. Great sense of humor too! Thanks to you both and the rest of your team!”
