“Our unit was broken into early on a Saturday morning. Our son discovered the break in and contacted The Buncombe County Sheriff's Department. The officer made contact with the owner who came in on her day off to review video footage of the theives. Late that evening, the owner contacted us to let us know the status of the case, the findings on the video and to offer her apologies for not responding sooner. She was diligent with getting the video footage reviewed and allowing full access to the officers to review all footage to catch the individuals that damaged her property and stole our property. The manager was very apologetic and said she would stay in contact with any additional information on the case. It was a bad situation for all involved but the owner and The Buncombe County Sheriff's Officer both handled the situation great. I hope they catch the individuals that did this.”

“We had been looking for a building for quite some time and decided to go look there first. The couple that runs this place is so kind and inviting. They had their children there and we had our 3 year old with us and their kids were so nice and played with him while we talked and made a deal for the building we chose. We boughy it on a Saturday and just got it delivered today (Thursday.) the delivery man did a great job and was done within an hr of arriving.”
“Lynn Freeman and her family do a really good job with customer service and keeping everything so neat and clean they are always there to offer you a bottle of water on a hot day so accommodating to any of your needs I would highly recommend them to all of our customers we have been doing household moving for over 20 years and we are always so impressed with them when customers have us pick up or drop off autumns there grateful they are a part of my community”
