I received three different estimates from three different mechanics for essential repairs needed. The Subarus R Us estimate was about a third of what the others quoted. The work was done on time and two months later is still holding up beautifully.The Office Director Christy is an absolute delight who makes you feel welcome and well cared for from the moment you walk in even on days when her call volume is very high.I brought my children in with me, and they drew on the chalkboard in the waiting room, played with the adorable office dog and were treated to peppermints and stickers.I don’t know much about cars and it feels so good to find a mechanic I trust, who does quality work for a reasonable price. The excellent customer service is the cherry on top!”

“Trey got all my information and spent the time to be sure of the symptoms and problem the brakes in my car have. He clearly spelled out the possibilities and the associated costs. After the diagnosis, Trey only did the necessary repairs and did not replace the rear brake calipers when only a mounting bolt fell out causing the caliper body to scrape on the rotor. He did offer legitimate additional maintenance and I gratefully accepted an oil change and filter change.It's it is delightful to know that there are repair shops that are honest and honorable.I would recommend cove Auto repair to anybody needing service work for their car.”

“My wife's Audi Q7 threw a engine light and started making a grumble on acceleration. Audi dealer couldn't see us for a week and another local repair shop that won't touch Audis recommended Mike Byers. Called and receptionist was encouraging and asked us to swing by, they'd check the code, and let us know if they could do the work. My wife stopped by today and Mike did a quick diagnosis on the code, called and spoke with me found out I had changed the plugs 2 weeks ago and then figured out one of the electeonic injection connectors was not totally seated. Took care of it, cleared the code and also noted the need to ads some air to the tires. Did it all quickly for a fair price and my wife said when I screw it up again, we have now found our new mechanic. Thank you to your awesome team. We'll be back!!!”
