“I highly recommend BMTC. I’ve had new Michelins installed on my Highlander. Perfect and at a fair price. This place does the opposite of up selling. They’ll let you know if something you’re requesting might not be necessary just yet.But the purpose of this review is to shout out Cody, who installed my new drilled and slotted rotors and calipers on my 2003 Tundra. Truck shook and took a long time to stop with the worn and warped rotors. Cody gave me a call once he’d inspected everything and let me know that replacing the calipers was indeed probably a good idea, based on drastically more wear on the driver’s side. He also checked with me to ask if I would need the old rotors back for any core charge refund since I purchased them on Amazon. Honest.That afternoon, driving away from the shop on I40, I was fourth vehicle coming in hot on a 4 car pile up. Wrong way driver. I slammed my brakes and stopped on a dime. I’m sure I would have been involved in the pile up if not for the well installed new brakes. Thanks, Cody.If you want honest, high quality work at a fair price, BMTC is your place. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on.”

“This guy killed it. Great job. Great service. Fair price. I’ve had wheels repaired a number of times, in different places, around the country and Asheville Rim has been the best, so far. I’ve paid more and I’ve paid less but he did the job right for somewhere in the middle. That’s how business should be done. Saved me about 2/3 of the cost of a new wheel. If a new matching wheel had been in the mid to low $300 range I probably would’ve done that. A new factory Ford wheel for my vehicle would be more than $500 shipped with the mount and balance. We also had a fun geeky conversation about wheel tolerances and construction methods. I enjoy that stuff.”

“My wife's Audi Q7 threw a engine light and started making a grumble on acceleration. Audi dealer couldn't see us for a week and another local repair shop that won't touch Audis recommended Mike Byers. Called and receptionist was encouraging and asked us to swing by, they'd check the code, and let us know if they could do the work. My wife stopped by today and Mike did a quick diagnosis on the code, called and spoke with me found out I had changed the plugs 2 weeks ago and then figured out one of the electeonic injection connectors was not totally seated. Took care of it, cleared the code and also noted the need to ads some air to the tires. Did it all quickly for a fair price and my wife said when I screw it up again, we have now found our new mechanic. Thank you to your awesome team. We'll be back!!!”

“The people there are real good people, and they give good service. They hung in there with me. When I was trying to get my truck inspected? And it kept fell in and I would do something to it. And it would feel again then I do something to it and it would fail again. They didn't get mad at me or anything. They just hung in there with me. I got it fixed and I got the inspection. Everything's was good. The girl at the front desk is absolutely beautiful I mean beautiful. Where the ear car needs to work on or not, she's worth going by there.”

“Good service, but if you have a credit card for 1000 or 4000. They will max it out right quick for you. At 30% interest. Labor cost is way to high. It's like Goodyear ,they are going to get you one way or another. They may knock off 50.00 but then add it right back inon labor.”
