“SIMPLY THE BEST IN THE AREA!! Wayne and all his staff have ALWAYS taken care of me (and my family) for complete auto service, professional and courteous and reasonable price for all services. Towing, diagnostic, any needed replacement parts, installation, and tire services and brake work...AND State Inspections! OH DID I mention TOWING SERVICE?? SIMPLY THE BEST! Thank you Wayne. Saved my fat from the fire so many times over the past dozen of years or more, I can't thank you enough! Trust is something that is earned and I have learned that...(sometimes the hard way), but I can tell everything about you, and your crew one thing, and that's TRUST! SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Thank you again. Mike M./Swansboro/Stella”

“Bought a Toro zero turn last weekend, fantastic machine, cut my mow time from 1 hr 15min to about 20-25min. Owner was great delivered same day and taught a class in my front yard. I knowingly paid a little more for the machine because of the warranty they offer in house. Lowes and Depot dont care about your stuff, Western actually works on it for their 3 yr warranty. Piece of mind thats worth it for me. Highly recommend Western, I will be shopping there for all my lawn equipment.”

“What started as a difficult situation with my oil change ended in a beautiful interaction with a gentleman named Chip. I went to get my oil changed last Sunday, made an appointment so it was fairly quick and simple. After coming home and driving for a week, I found I was losing oil every day and ended up at work with no oil in my car! I was terrified my car might blow up. There was a prior leak listed on my receipt but after talking to my previous garage and looking at my security cameras to see if there was an oil stain on my parking spot prior to the service, I couldn’t find anything and was told I didn’t have a leak from who worked on my car last. When my husband went to talk to someone and get some temporary oil to get me back to Walmart from work, my husband wasn’t greeted well by others working at Walmart. Someone had walked away from my husband mid sentence while someone else had said we’d have to pay for an additional oil change and any repairs needed. My husband was with our two toddlers and was becoming upset until Chip came across him. Chip greeted my husband, listened to his explanation, and kindly offered his personal service this morning at 7:30am to fix my car at no additional charge. Chip stood with us after bringing my car back out, talked to us about his wonderful wife and children, his time in the Marine Corps, and his experience being from up north where we’re from! He was delightful to talk to, not just to receive service from. My car is good as new because of Chip and among our own stress and daily battles, Chip made this a breath of fresh air. Chip - thank you for your service, God Bless you and your family, and we truly appreciate and treasure your kindness and generosity this morning!”
