“I came to Lowe's today to return some flooring. The return process was extremely simple and quick. I went back to the flooring department, where a gentleman name. Linn helped me decide what flooring would be best for our project and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He then came across the parking lot to help me load up my car, even though he was on his lunch break. Overall, all the employees I have met here have been wonderful. I would much rather this location over Jacksonville..”

“I went in this morning with a broken pond fitting. I went to lowes first but no help there. Then I went to Ace in Swansboro and a very kind and knowledgeable lady tried to find the piece I needed. Well no luck so she had a young man who worked there actually put together pieces to make it work for me!!! I should have known they would help! Best store ever and you can even buy hand dipped Icecream!”
