I always find these folks very helpful, of course I try to go in the off hours not Friday after 3pm.

They never answer their phone no matter how much you call. Poor demeaner as well.

I have a p.o. box so my encounters with the employees is somewhat limited. When i need stamps or a question answered I always get there full attention.
