I was satisfied with their fiber internet and phone service while we had it but when we had to canceled because we moved to an area that they did not service, I was deeply disappointed. They charged me a restocking fee for equipment I returned that I was not informed about when I canceled and would not prorate my last month. When I called customer service, the person I talked with, who had a less than helpfully attitude would only say “ that is our policy”

Absolute ABYSMAL services- it is 2024, I shouldn't have to deal with an internet connection from 2008.Save your money, get Starlink; it'll help in making a HORRIBLE company go bankrupt.Shame on Frontier for thinking this is acceptable business practice...

Price goes up but the quality goes down. If you can get something different, do it! Price has increased $30 in a span of about a year. I started out paying $45, and it stayed the same for nearly 2 years. Now they want $75? That’s nearly double what I started paying. They keep jacking the prices up without any sort of consent or warning. I haven’t even tried to get rid of them yet, but from reviews I’m reading apparently you have to actually pay them to sod off, and pay a restocking fee for an out of date modem? What a scummy company.

Horrible company. They raise their rates without consent. In 6 years my bill went from $20 yo $68. When I cancelled they asked for me to return the modem. That's not a problem but the $50 restock fee is a huge problem. The modem is outdated and I feel certain it will just go to the trash. It also took almost an hour to cancel. They offered me a rate of $34.98 to stay and then another offer for $28. So glad to be done with this unethical company.

We had Frontier at two homes. Thankfully, we were able to get Fios at one home and Starlink at the other. No more Frontier!!! All I can say are slow speeds, terrible customer service, additional fees to stop service, outage issues, etc. Frontier used to have a monopoly in our rural area. They don't anymore!

Horrible Company. Their boxes on the side of the road are left open to the elements. They don't care as they are only one providing service. Frequent outages that can last weeks. I will cheer when someone finally bulldozes their headquarters in disgust.

I only gave them one star because it won't let you give zero stars.We purchased a home in July 2023.These hucksters assured me that 5G was available in my area.What they delivered was the equivalent of dial up.We run our business from home, dial up was never an option. We had the service for half a day before unplugging it.Telephone calls to Frontier went unanswered. Once we moved in I boxed up the equipment and mailed it to the closest Frontier facility.This is the WORST cable company ever.

If can avoid Frontier, do so. A rating of 1.7 should tell the story. Always having problems. Waited 2 days to get Internet back working, then when they came to fix it, it lasted one and a half hour. Called Frontier, told us that their techs are the best. But would send someone next day. We will see how this goes.

We came home from a trip to find our internet had been fried by a lightening storm. There was no straight forward resolution, and we thought for sure it would be weeks without service. Dallas from Andrews, NC went out of his way to drive to our place in the middle of the night and help us resolve our problem. Barbara was on the phone with him for technical support until 1:30 am the day after Christmas. We have lived all over the country and have never received such good service. Thank you to both of them and their dedication and kindness.

Worse company for internet or phone. Always over charging and telling customers lies. Technicians are great but the company itself is worse than any company I’ve ever seen. If you are able to go with someone else do. Even if you have to pay more. Almost everyone in the area would change if they weren’t there only ones

Horrible internet provider. I pay nearly $100 a month for internet service. And i might as well be using 2 tin cans and string. Because this company is outdated. Horrible customer service reps. And every time I have an issue. They say oh it's the router. Never have they once done anything more. My cell phone gets spotty connection in whittier. But somehow is 500x faster than this garbage internet. Any other services available in whittier?

Below a 1 star. I called the company this morning about setting up service. After discussing my needs, I told the rep that I would discuss this with my wife and get back to him later this morning. He told me I had no choice and I need to set this up today. I told the rep I didn't appreciate this tactic and he hung up on me.
