Internet and landline has been out for almost 3 days.
I have an elderly Mom in the house, that I need to keep check on.
You can not get 1 single human to talk to.
Frontier get this fixed. You service is awful and customer service is worse.

As far as I could tell this was not a retail outlet for Frontier...

Fraudulent and illegal denial of support. Will not come out to fix Internet after a botched install. I keep having to call to get stuff fixed. Don't ever give these fraudsters your money
