This store is always very hot like 90 degrees. It's small and the woman that works there is not helpful. When we asked about seniors discount, she just said" we don't give any discounts ever". Expensive.

I go here often (about 3 times a week) and every time I go in, they only ever seem to have one person working the entire store alone. Im giving this place five stars though because the employee, Ashley, has always been super friendly and helpful to me and the other customers I saw her interact with in the store. Running a store front alone cant be easy but she does a great job!

This Goodwill Store is very small, but looked well maintained and clean. I found their prices to be quite high though, compared to other Goodwill locations.

Store is tiny, highly overpriced, and the staff is extremely rude. Shop the Goodwill in Franklin for a larger store, a friendlier staff, and MUCH lower prices. Better yet, support the small mom and pop charity shops instead like Pathways, Great Smokies Health Foundation Thrift Store, ReStore, or one of the other great stores in Jackson County. After today’s experience I won’t be back unless management changes.

Very small. Quite empty last time I visited. Like others have mentioned, the prices are ridiculously high.

Everybody should consider donating their stuff to Homebase on the WCU campus instead so they can at least distribute your things to people in need instead of it getting rejected by goodwill and thrown out. Came by a few months ago to drop a bunch of stuff off. Boxes and boxes and boxes of stuff in good condition and clothes with no flaws. Lady at the front said she'd meet me out back to accept it. She never came out (I waited about 30 mins, and lady was nowhere to be found when I went back inside to look for her), so I put my boxes in the back under shelter where a ton of other boxes of stuff was just sitting out, and a sign that said left boxes would get thrown away due to weather damage. Everything probably got tossed. Murica.

The most expensive GW I’ve ever been to in my life. Almost $16 for a coffee mug. There were other mugs for over $10, a decanter for OVER $200 (even at antique stores this exact one goes for around $50) and more.I understand from reading past reviews that they price items as “fairly” as possible and do their work to research what items are worth, however these items are donated and used (from what I saw oftentimes well used). I wanted to give it a shot despite other reviews but nah, I’m good. It’s super tiny and wayyyy overpriced. I hope the best for them and hope they’ll take feedback into active consideration.

This place is a joke.I have never seen prices this high no where and I go to Goodwills all over NC and S C.I think someone from Corporate should visit this store and find out is doing the pricing because they have no idea what they are doing.Don’t waste your time and gas going here. You will be disappointed.
