The Goodwill Store and Donation Center receives mixed reviews. Customer service is consistently praised as great, fantastic, super friendly, and helpful, even when staff handle difficult situations like a power outage or running the store alone. However, many note a significant drawback: prices are frequently described as high, crazy, more expensive than Walmart, and a big bummer, particularly for housewares, books, and non-clothing items. The clothing section is noted to have more standard prices. The store itself is described as tiny, with a limited selection and some amenities unavailable.
Acting manager was Russ and he is the man. Courteous, knowledgeable, kind, Helpful, and super friendly and aiming to please.

Prices are more like discount stores not a thrift store anymore. That’s what goodwill has become unfortunately…. Just go to Ross and Marshall’s folks and you’ll get it new!

Alyssa is the greatest manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in goodwill! I’m new in town and I am always looking for new things for my home and she helped me when I asked her about all the things. She was gracious and kind and knowledgeable about the inventory! I’m so grateful for her and her help!
