“We went to this store 4 times in one week. The first guy who helped us sold my sister the most complicated phone I think there is. All we wanted was something simple like she had before. The phone she got was none of that. Everything backwards , couldn't do anything with it. So when we went back today we got Eric instead of the original guy. Eric put us at ease immediately. We were so frustrated and annoyed at the phone she had gotten an I made it very clear we did not want that phone , she could not use it. There had to be a better option. Eric knew exactly what we were saying and did he deliver. Yes, he got us a phone almost exactly like what she had. I could see the releif in her face when she saw the screen, familiar and simple. That made me very happy. Seeing my sister endure a week of aggrevation was terrible, but Eric fixed it. We tried to take him to lunch to thank him but politely refused. We love Eric at Verizon in Sylva N.C. He saved our sanity and our week. We cant thank him enough. Ask for Eric he is the best salesman in the store.
