“Thank goodness for Walmart! It's the only place in town I can find my favorite foods and brands in one store! Specialty cheeses, Carolina wines, dark imported chocolates, prosciutto, etc. They keep the shelves stocked. There are an abundance of employees to assist you. Their electronics department always has people available to give you technical advice and help you choose the appropriate device or gadget for your needs. Great craft, garden, housewares departments. I rarely leave without finding most everything on my list.”

“The Optimum physical office in Sylva on Skyland was staffed by a friendly and very competent employee. Likewise the cable guy who came out to my house the following week and had me connected within two hours. Likewise the subcontractor who came to my property to locate buried cables. I suspect the same competence will be displayed by the team that comes out to actually bury the cable a few weeks from now. My upload and download speeds are x25 faster compared with DSL, for about $20 less per month.”
