“I went in to get my husband a new cell phone and was treated with respect. They weren't pushy about the phones, I got to pick the one I wanted. The guy had me set up and out of there in about an hour or hour and a half. They were professional, helpful and didnt waste anytime getting the new phone registered and ready to go. The guy tried to transfer contacts and pictures from the old phone to the new one but it didnt work. He, however, tried for quite a while to get this accomplished but the old phone wouldn't charge. I really appreciate all their help and support on the new phone.”

He helped me when I was a Verizon customer, but truly demonstrated his customer care services when he assisted me after I switched to another carrier. Although he is paid on commission and helping me took time that might have been spent on another customer, he patiently helped me navigate the Verizon “no-longer-customer” challenge that ultimately led to my recovery of past Verizon bills. I cannot write enough here to describe this extraordinary Verizon representative. We need more like him in all our customer-driven businesses.”
