She even wrote me a to do list bc I don't speak technology and she sensed I wouldn't retain everything that I needed to do to fix it. My phone is running better than ever and what a breath of fresh air Cady was to me! Thank you, Cady for making my trip to Waynesville well worth it.”

It is an extremely small location with minimum help. The line was long , however Alexander worked courteously and efficiently to help customers. The manager Dan also helped answer questions. I would recommend them due to the excellent customer service given to my 89 year old mother with a flip phone!
Spectrum..please give this location a larger more current customer area and additional help to grow your customer base in this area”

“Not employee’s manner of protocol but when u bring ur phone in bc of no service (SOS) needs to be a faster 15min process. A solution ur phone number stays the sane and is not assigned to another person. W so many communication options that are free with a 900$ cell phone doesn’t seem justified to renew by month while u can call 811 for free. (Phone and text can capable to have free access)”
