“Excellent experience at the Taylorsville O’Reilly. I came in on Sunday morning. because my car battery kept going dead even though another auto-parts store had told me the battery was fine. O’Reilly took the time to test not only the battery, but also the starting and charging systems, gave me a printed report, and explained what the results meant. Everything passed, so they offered helpful suggestions about what should be checked next rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I didn’t catch the worker’s name, but I did notice that his badge said he was the manager. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. I left feeling much more confident that the testing had been thorough. I really appreciated the way they treated me and would definitely recommend this store.”
