“Ordered on line. I went to the pickup number and called and my order was out and in the car in 10 minutes. The lady that brought my order was very nice and friendly.”

“I have been shopping here for years off and on but now it is my go-to Walmart due to a recent residency relocation. I am on the fence with this store's customer service, I have accepted that it truly depends on the day, ie., the crew on that day's schedule. I go here when I need to do my bulk shopping or if it's not available online for delivery to my home. I, personally, prefer to order & get home delivery for my bulk items like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent. However, this store does have a better meat selection than other locations. Warning: I do not recommend this store for pick up of an online order. The pick up area is in the very back of the store at the restrooms and you will have to wait for the assigned staff member to arrive to assist you then wait on them to locate your order. It is not like other Walmart's where the pick up area is in the front of the store with a dedicated staff person that simply unlocks one of the orange bins your order has been placed in. Taylorsville's Walmart simply has not grasped that pick up orders are centered upon the concept of convenience where a customer walks in and immediately walks out with no waiting or exchange of money. The staff literally act as if you haven't paid for the item yet and trail you to the front of the store. Inexplicable!”

“Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Brian and Cheryl went out of their way to help me. I was so at a loss trying to finish a project that was so sentimental and needless to say I knew little to NOTHING about how to do what I desperately wanted done. This project was a “made me cry” kind of thing and I wanted it to be right as hopefully it would last a lifetime. Not only did Brian take OVER AN HOUR helping me, Cheryl consoling me (and took care of other customers so he could stay devoted to my time consuming task). I have made many revisions before but nothing can describe the honest, devoted, knowledgeable service I received. I have never had better care… ever, ever.”
