Family recently switched from Walgreens to CVS after multiple issues in Thomasville. Family was impressed with no long wait line like at Walgreens and sufficient staff to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers. The staff are usually pleasant and super helpful, guiding and explaining the pre authorization process, call a few times about some issues. But the restroom was disgusting at 8 am, no cleaned and nope use.
Great service from the staff in the pharmacy. Even though they were busy, the staff was very proficient in getting everyone served both inside & the drive through. Great job!

I have noticed the drive through is very slow during 11:00-3:00 I have went inside to pickup and it’s the same. Just make plenty of time for your pickup

NEVER TRUST THERE AUTOMATED SYSTEM!!!! ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!! IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!!!!! Everytime I end up waiting. Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 days. I'm so sick of it.
