“I have been going there for about 8 years never had no trouble getting my medicines there is one girl that works there she gets he gives me the hardest time every time it's just her I do chemo and I'm very sick I live in Lexington so my neighbor picks up my medicine she gave us the hardest time about getting my medicine I never said nothing to her always been nice last 2 months he has given me a hard time and I don't understand why”

“I like the CVS Store on Randolph St in Thomasville, no bad experiences with the pharmacy staff. I usually go thru the drive thru and getting my prescriptions usually is quick and efficient. Staff very nice and efficient. What is needed is another drive thru lane that is open for customers that need more info and attention. There are 2 marked drive thru lanes, one marked express but it is not open to use. I sit in line waiting in the one lane they service for 25 minutes waiting to get to the window. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I think 2 of the cars took most of the time. It took me around 5 minutes to get my prescriptions. Possibly faster inside but I use a walker and have mobility problems.”
“I would give 5 stars cause this pharmacy has great service but only thing is they NEVER answer the phone at any time of operating hours!!! Other then that, the employees r very personal and helpful people!!”

“I had to make some photo copies and Brittany was so nice and helpful. She really made me feel valued and cared for. Like what I was going thru actually mattered and was important. The photos were for my deceased aunt’s funeral tomorrow. She shown such sympathy. Thank you Brittany, you really made my night. Now on to the photos-the photo quality from the old photos? Amazing! Honestly better than Walgreens, I’ll never have photos done at Walgreens again. My mom was so surprised and happy from the quality. Thank you ?”
“My family recently switched from Walgreens to CVS after MULTIPLE issues with Walgreens here in Thomasville. I had one prescription filled here for convenience but typically use one associated with my job.
That being said, immediately after my family switched (I pick up for them), I was impressed. No long (20-30 min) wait line at Walgreens, they always have sufficient staff there to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers and they are usually pleasant to work with.
We’ve had to call a few times about some pre authorization issues and they’ve always been super helpful in guiding us and explaining the process.”

“I just got off the phone with Trish and she was AMMMAAZIINGGG! I have the flu as well as my children. This was the 3rd store I called and the only person to actually help and not dismiss me. She not only told me the store that had it in their inventory, she transferred my kids prescriptions from another store and sent them to the new one. I will be calling the store manager to praise her because she is a rare one and I thank God for her today as we are all down and I am exhausted! Thank you Trish for your kindness today.”
