“Yes, this is an off the beaten path motel as most motels are closer to interstate system. But….this motel is so very quiet! Very restful for me. Very close (1 mile) to my destination (AM Haire Manufacturing and Service Corporation). Price very reasonable. Owners/managers very polite and down to earth. Rooms very clean and well maintained! Hardwood floors. Nothing to quibble about.”

“I stayed here two nights in March of 2025. Neal was super accommodating and put me in room three. It was recently updated with a fresh tile shower and new appointments throughout. There is a busy road next door but I didn't really hear it much, it was quiet even with people on either side of me. Caveats? There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom area nor toilet paper roll holder. You can close the door and have it private if you want. There's also a window you can open up for fresh air and to clear out the steam in lieu of an exhaust fan. You have hot water for days and days. The tile floor In the bathroom was slippery without a bath mat down.

The queen size bed was extremely comfortable with two pillows. There is a four outlet electrical bank next to the bed where I plugged everything in. There was ample floor space all around perhaps not the greatest amount of storage space or shelf space, But my stuff is mainly in bags so those simply lined the floor around the perimeter of the room. The floor was carpeted and it looked new and was very clean and did not leave my feet dirty.

The TV worked well as did the remote however I don't watch TV I just put it on AccuWeather and mute. ? The refrigerator was cold and kept my stuff at a proper temperature. I did not use the microwave but I did check inside and it was immaculate with no smell. The air conditioner heater unit worked great and kept it toasty warm like I like it. There was a bit of a draft by the door but the air conditioner was easily able to overcome it.

The name of the place is Budget so I did expect a budget experience. I'm in hotels 10 nights a month so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. I booked through Expedia which had good reviews. When I came here to leave this review I saw they had some rough ones. I don't know about the past or if there's new management or what but I was very pleased with the service I received. Neil was a great guy and was very pleasant. There's no lobby you just ring a bell and somebody comes right out to take care of you no problem no waiting.

There was no evidence of bugs, no roaches or spiders or ants or otherwise. It was a very clean and quiet experience for 2 days. I would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.”

“THE ROOM CAN BE A LIL BIT UPDATED MORE ID PAID FOR ROOM FOR OVER A YEAR IT COSTED A WEEK $325 TO $350 AND I GOT KICKED OUT OF THERE NOW IM ON THE STREETS NOW WITH MY WIFE . AND NOW SINCE WERE ON THE STREETS WE AE GOING TO SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM WHEN I CAN OK. DO NOT RENT A ROOM FROM THEM CAUSE THEY GOT BUGS N ROOCHES N THEY DONT CLEAN UP N THEY DONT HAVE A ICE MACHINE OK. OR THERE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD OK.”

“Friendly staff. Clean room. A/C worked great. Plenty of TV channels. Bed was comfortable and clean. Seemed to be recently remodeled. Quiet. Good Pizza place a short walk away in the nearby shopping center.”
