“First time using Uhaul and the process was so easy! I downloaded the app, checked availability of the vehicle I was needing and saw what was local, along with prices. I created an account, reserved the vehicle and picked it up without any issues.
Belinda was the customer service rep I got when I went in the pick up the vehicle. She explained everything to me, being patient with me when I had questions. She also gave me some additional tips and information that I really appreciated. The drop off was also super quick and easy, Dropped the key off and she told me I’d get the information/receipt by email.
I rented a cargo van for two hours (for short local trips) and only paid a little over $30! Super satisfied. I’ll definitely be using Uhaul again.”
