“Absolute pleasure to work with , seamless process . The gentleman who brought my shed was extremely careful precise and professional . It was nice to see his young son (11-12) working with him and learning the ropes when most 18 year olds can’t use a can opener lol . Strongly recommend these folks , the lady in the office was awesome as well !”
“The store was clean and well organized, and the staff went above and beyond what I expected. I purchased a lot of boxes in different sizes, and the man at the register (Tremaine) didn't hesitate to volunteer to help me bring everything out to my car so I didn't have to make multiple trips. If I need any additional moving supplies, I will be coming back to this location.”
“The driver is careful in our driveway. Fills the tank, speaks to me when I see him there. Otherwise the only sign of him is the note on the door. The customer service was not helpful. Why did you change from local, to a non- English speaking call center?”

“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”
