Ariana went above & beyond to problem solve and get me into a last minute truck to help me move my piano. The staff created such a great atmosphere, it made the customers relax and talk with each other while waiting. It was a very positive experience on an otherwise very stressful day. “The driver is careful in our driveway. Fills the tank, speaks to me when I see him there. Otherwise the only sign of him is the note on the door. The customer service was not helpful. Why did you change from local, to a non- English speaking call center?”

“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”
