“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary. I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit. I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”

“I can't remember her name but the black lady who I believe is the manager and wears glasses was absolutely amazing! Super professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. She always had on a smile and friendly personality! If I need storage space in the future I will definitely be coming back to her! Thank you for all you do!”

“The driver is the BEST i have ever seen. This was a impossible job that didn't even seem possible. He works those machines like an expert. If you need a storage this is the best and got it at a great price...I wish I could give more stars.”

“The facility was clean, the fleet looked shiny & new, but the excellent staff was the real standout. Both team members were pleasant, 'present' & engaged with each customer. Ariana went above & beyond to problem solve and get me into a last minute truck to help me move my piano. The staff created such a great atmosphere, it made the customers relax and talk with each other while waiting. It was a very positive experience on an otherwise very stressful day. Thank you, Ariana! =)”

“I have used this U-Haul location at least 4-5 times over the last 10+ years and they have always been patient, kind, and helpful. Several times I've purchased boxes and they helped carry them to my car. Truck rentals have always been a breeze. I will continue to use this location for any packing or moving needs.”

“The driver is careful in our driveway. Fills the tank, speaks to me when I see him there. Otherwise the only sign of him is the note on the door. The customer service was not helpful. Why did you change from local, to a non- English speaking call center?”
