“I got my passport photo done and put in my application for passport. I set the appointment up online, was helped by this lovely lady ( sadly I forgot her name but she had curly hair and purple nails, so sweet). My appointment was for 9:45. I got there a little early but I was walking out by 9:46! So thankful for the staff here for making this process a breeze”
“Nothing but praise for the Rural Hall, NC post office! They scan my package labels when brought in. There are always occasional package issues and mistakes with any shipping business, but these folks will always do their best. Kudos to the entire staff!”

“We had a package that was delivered but could not locate it. Called USPS support and opened up a case. Less than 5 minutes later David called us, gave us the exact description of where the package was left, and we were able to resume assisting customers with getting their devices fixed. Thanks to the driver for being so descriptive of where the package was left, but also to David for the call and relaying that information to us. Have never had a bad experience with this office and appreciate all of the help. Thank you all!”
“The Folks that work in my Local Post Offices are Very Nice to me and I never ha e issues with them personally but once in a while when I'm expecting Packages from out of State so.ewhere between point A and Point B a Package will Not follow it's typical Route that it's supposed to be on and that will cause the package to arrive Later than Expected. It happens because someone puts it in the wrong Bin in a Distribution Center and then it goes out on the wrong Truck. But not sure if those people are even technically Employed by USPS. I think USPS Pays the Distribution Center to separate all the Mail and that's where the issues occur. So that Is Not the fault of the Workers at the Post Offices.”

She demonstrated great patience and took the time to clearly explain matters not only to me but also to others while we waited in line. Her professionalism and courtesy significantly enhanced the overall experience.
Another employee assisting that day was also very courteous. As fellow human beings, it is important to understand one another’s circumstances and practice patience when things do not go as expected. Speaking from my experience as a government employee, I appreciate that policies cannot be altered or exceptions made for individual cases. Both employees managed the situation with admirable professionalism and composure.
